I am looking for training in IT Technical

A modern business today will recognise the importance of having an efficient and secure IT infrastructure, from small local networks to multi site operations. The IT Professional qualifications will give your team the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage your IT, whether new or experienced in the role. Typically roles would include those involved with Systems Operation, Networking and/or Programming Software/Development of IT.

Programme Content

Our programmes are made up of a number of units, some mandatory with additional optional units chosen to reflect your job role. A sample is provided below

• Install and upgrade software
• Software development
• Web development
• Databases
• Provide technical advice and guidance
• Test IT systems and problem solve
• Working with hardware and peripheral equipment
• Operate a computer network
• Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, VM Ware and CompTIA accreditation

Duration & Format

• Training is delivered in the workplace, with minimum disruption to your business
• Programmes can be completed within 12 months

What you will achieve

• Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence (PROCOM)(QCF)
• Level 2 or Level 3 Award in ICT Systems & Principles for Practitioners (PROCOM)
• Functional Skills in Maths, English and IT (exempt if you already hold GCSE passes or higher)
