The Team Leading and Management programmes will give your team the skills and understanding required to motivate a team, achieve targets and identify new opportunities for your business. It's a programme designed to help your employees develop the skills and attitudes they need to perform effectively as team leaders and managers

Programme Content

Our programmes are made up of a number of units, some mandatory with additional optional units chosen to reflect individual job roles. A sample is provided below.

Duration & Format

• Training is delivered in the workplace, with minimum disruption to your business
• Programmes can be completed within 9 months

Qualification Outcomes

• Level 2 NVQ in Team Leading or Level 3 NVQ in Management
• Team Leading Level 2 or Management Level 3 Technical Certificate
• Functional Skills in Maths, English and IT (exempt if you already hold GCSE passes or higher)
