Job Description

Seeking someone to join a busy team to schedule appointments and provide efficient customer service. As a Customer Service Executive you will:

  • Be the first point of call for all customers (inbound calls).
  • Manage customer enquiries, negotiating services and up-selling products.
  • Take and process orders
  • Follow up enquiries & progress chasing
  • Assist with the planning and organising of routes and schedules for delivery

Successful candidates must:

  • have strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
  • have an excellent telephone manner
  • be computer literate (Microsoft excel and word)
  • be able to work under pressure
  • be honest & trustworthy and can exceed customer service standards
  • is able to work using their own initiative and also successfully as a team

Experience: Customer Service Requirement – 3 years’ experience essential.
