- Salary: Competitive Salary. Commission on all sales plus any sales target bonus

Promote the product range and achieve profitable sales revenue. Contacting new customers, and complete customer visits and communications ensuring all existing client personnel databases are kept up to date and well informed about the company’s product range in order to maximise sales. Documents daily tasks, training, and support sessions to inform the department and organisation better regarding IT support needs. Provide client support and training to insure a good level of client satisfaction. Producing accurate quotations and liaising with client and 3rd part through the sales process. Complete project pitches, negotiate commercial terms and complete tender submissions. Effectively handle conflict and complaint situations. Recording information as needed. Greeting clients and visitors as needed. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing. Performing general office clerk duties and errands. Maintaining supply inventory and maintaining office equipment as needed. Aiding with client reception as needed.

Other: Experienced at dealing with members of the public and client. Able to speak fluent English. Have experience of selling goods over the phone, face to face and on IT platforms. Previous experience of B2B & B2C considered. Experience of using IT platforms. Comfortable in using MS packages, including emailing and internet programs.
