Free Flexible Online Learning
Go Train is a Government funded training provider, so our courses are completely FREE to eligible learners if you are:
- Employed but earning less than £20,900pa in London
- Employed but earning less than £16,000pa in the rest of England
- Unemployed or on any benefit
- Registered as self-employed

Our training is a mix of online, tutor led and self-paced learning in IT and computers, employment and work skills, customer service, retail and employability – delivered in a non-pressured adult environment.

Official Accredited Courses
Ideal for those interested in working in a construction industry role. Candidates will learn health, safety and welfare while on a construction site and develop specialist skills in the construction industry. You will also understand how to work towards individual goals and work as part of a team to move and handle resources.
Customer Service (Entry Level 3)
Customer service is key to any business success! You will learn to understand how to take care of customers needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customers’ requirements are met.
Enterprise (Entry Level 3)
Get the skills and the know-how to set up, run or grow your own successful business. Learn how to plan and manage effectively, market your products and services and handle money securely and accurately. You will also learn how to deal with problems and identify solutions, communicate in a business environment and improve your IT skills.
Eligibility for Free Training
Go Train are co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) so training is completely FREE if you are:
- A UK resident or can provide Right to Work documents
and you are either
- On other benefits
- Not working but not on benefits
